Meet the Photographer

My name is Filipa and I was born and raised in the Algarve (indeed, I'm one of the lucky ones), Portugal, surrounded by its beautiful golden beaches and nature.

My journey into photography began with my beloved grandfather, who always had his camera at the ready. His passion ignited mine. His influence taught me that photography is about more than just capturing images: it's about preserving emotions and memories.

As a photographer, my approach is low-profile yet observant. I like to say I'm a "ninja" that blends into the background, allowing you to be fully present while I document the raw, genuine emotions that make your story unique. Whether it’s a wedding or elopement, a growing family, an engagement or the anticipation of new life, my goal is to preserve these feelings in a way that feels natural, yet elegant.

Years from now, I want you to look at your photos and not just remember how it looked, but exactly how it felt.
